Julie Glassmeyer is the Owner of Glassmeyer Construction Consulting & Coaching, LLC. For the past 20 years, Julie has been employing, facilitating, and coaching Lean Design & Construction principles. She draws on her 25+ years of experience in commercial construction planning and management to support project teams in achieving successful Lean implementation. Julie holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Cincinnati State and UC.

David MacNeel: Lean Coach and Founder – On Point Lean Consulting

David MacNeel is a Lean Construction coach and the founder of On Point Lean Consulting, LLC. He has over 20 years of field experience with one of the largest self-performing trade contractors in the U.S. He has coached over 400 projects in Lean thinking and the Last Planner System. These projects not only see fewer incidents and injuries, but also significant cost and schedule savings. David began his Lean journey in 2001.

Sean Graystone: Founder – Project Leadership and Delivery LLC

Sean Graystone is the founder of Project Leadership and Delivery with over 40 years of experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Construction. Special emphasis in Lean Construction and collaborative project delivery, best leadership and management practices, change implementation. Approved Instructor for LCI and AGC, member – AGC Lean Construction Forum Steering Committee. Sean remains passionate about building, improving our industry, and thereby, our society. The goal is creating safer industry environments: physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially.
